Customer service is genuinely excellent
I had two questions before ordering and got clear replies in less than two hours. Very rare these days. The whole experience felt professional from start to finish.

Will this actually keep bugs out, or will there always be a gap in the middle?
The gap in the middle is the #1 concern people have — and it's completely valid, because cheaper versions of this product genuinely do have that problem. The reason this one doesn't: it has magnets sewn along the entire length of both panels, not just at two or three points. That means when the curtains close, they seal from top to bottom with no room for mosquitoes to slip through. The mesh itself is also high-density, specifically designed to block even the smallest insects while still letting air pass freely. No gap. No negotiating with bugs.
My door frame isn't standard — will this even fit?
Most magnetic screen doors are sold in fixed sizes and leave a lot of people out. This one is different: the mesh is wider and taller than the door itself, so it overlaps the frame and creates a full seal regardless of minor size differences. Before ordering, simply measure the inner dimensions of your door frame, then choose a screen size where the width is at least 6–8cm wider and the height is at least 4–6cm taller. The adhesive tape runs the full frame, so you get a secure fit on most standard and near-standard doors.
How long will the adhesive actually hold? I'm worried it'll fall off after a week.
The magic tape that comes with this screen is industrial-strength hook-and-loop adhesive — the same type used in professional installation applications. It's been tested in humid, hot conditions (exactly the weather you're dealing with when you need this most). For extra security on wooden door frames, the kit also includes push-pins you can use alongside the tape. Dozens of customers report their screen staying firmly in place through entire summers of heavy daily use. If the tape ever does lose its grip over time, it's standard hook-and-loop material that's easy and cheap to replace.
What happens when my dog or kid runs through it fast? Won't it rip?
The short answer: no. The mesh is made from tear-resistant polyester — not paper-thin nylon. The curtains are designed to move and flex when pushed, not resist. That give in the material is actually what makes it pet-friendly: it absorbs the impact rather than fighting it, so there's nothing to tear. Kids, dogs, and the occasional adult who walks through without thinking about it have all been putting this screen to the test — and the reviews consistently come back the same: it holds up.
I rent. Will this damage my door frame when I take it down?
This is one of the most common concerns for renters and apartment dwellers. The honest answer is: if you use the adhesive tape as directed (on a clean, dry surface) and remove it carefully, it comes off without leaving marks on painted wood, PVC, or aluminum frames. The tape is designed to be repositionable. For extra peace of mind, use it on the outer edge of the frame rather than the painted wall surface. Many renters have installed and removed this product multiple times across different apartments without any issues.
